Additional Comments:	Maternal and Child Health Intern will help: Coordination of Pre-Natal/Post Partum Care ·       Schedule Appointments ·       Coordinate transportation to Centering on Pregnancy Appointments ·       Deliver New Baby Kits to soon to deliver moms Well Child Care Appointments Coordinate WCC appointments for all children up to the age of 2 Send postcards to children from age 2-8 re: WCC Schedule appointments based on returned postcards WIC ·       Schedule Appointments ·       Pre-WIC and Bus Orientations ·       WIC Shopping Sales Force ·       Add New Arrivals weekly to the Sales Force Database ·       Complete Tasks from other health staff Family Planning Teach one on one lessons in the community Other Duties as Needed Transportation to Medical and Dental appointments Health Programs Manager can assign as needed
