Wellness Director
Job Description
- Collaborate with clients, brokers, vendors and operations team members.
- Develop and present short and long term wellness plan designs that addressclient risk, participation goals and budgetary needs.
- Maximize available wellness program campaigns, products and relationshipswithin regulatory guidelines.
- Drive the implementation, communications and success metrics for eachclient based on the established plan and strategy.
- Support employee communications and engagement both throughmarketing and onsite meetings.
- Responsible for client retention and product growth
- Build long lasting relationships with key stakeholders, as well as individualemployees
- Manage wellness clients, and work closely with account management
- Manage and strategize social media campaigns
- Host company wide kickoffs, inform clients of benefits, and build excitementabout wellness benefits
- Work closely with IT developers in creating custom software for wellness division
- Create and implement effective policies and procedures
- Create a culture of happy, fun, devoted, and engaged employees
- Hiring, training, shadowing, discipline, firing
- Oversee internship program
- Supervise weekly team meetings with Wellness Team and Wellness Manager
- Yearly goal setting and review with supervisor and employees
- Serve on the board of UCWHP
- Establish advisory committee with collaboration of division director
Background/Experience Desired
- 3-5 years industry experience
- Requires strong communication, customer service focused and client account management skills
- Experience with corporate wellness programs or advanced knowledge of the health and wellness industry
Education and Certification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health related field required
