We are looking for someone that is in the Master degree program in health care, health education. Depending upon qualifications, $12 to $16 an hour. They would need for work at least ten hours a week at the Salt Lake County complex. It is to help us to develop the Green and Healthy Homes program for Utah. This internship could be for up to a year.

Salt Lake Valley Health Department has a full-time health education position in the Tobacco Prevention Program

Work Location:  Salt Lake County Government Center - 2001 South State Street, Salt Lake City

Important Information:  Degrees in Sociology, Psychology, Parks, Recreation, Physical Education or Exercise & Sports Science will not be considered for this position.

CHES Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities may include conducting FDA-Tobacco Compliance Checks.
