A candidate only needs to fill out one application for each job series to be considered for multiple positions in multiple locations until April 5th 2013. Applicants who are not current federal employees or individuals with non-competitive eligibility must apply as external candidates; external announcements have the letters OD in them. Current federal employees who get hired under an external announcement will be hired as external candidates and will not have a position when they finish their service.
