On April 25th at 1:15 in RB 231, my students will have the privilege of listening to Dr. Peter De Schweinitz and watch a documentary. Peter has received permission, from the Alaskan tribe he has been doing field research with, to share his field experiences and a rarely seen insightful documentary featuring a tribally developed suicide prevention program based on the principles of CBPR. I would like to invite our department faculty and students to participate in this wonderful educational opportunity. Please invite others as you deem appropriate.
