Hospice Volunteer Opportunity

My name is Larena Buhler, I’m from Sunrise Home Health and Hospice. I was wondering if you could send out an e-mail to all the students in your department letting them know of the great opportunity to volunteer here at Sunrise and make a difference in patients’ lives. Volunteers will have the opportunity to go meet with hospice patients. They will have a range of things that they can do whether it be reading a book to the patient, just talking to the patient, quietly sitting with the patient, enjoying music together, assisting with correspondence, cooking or baking either for or with the patient, and so much more. We provide in-depth training for each volunteer to make sure that they understand the great opportunity to volunteer here at Sunrise.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to give me a call.

Thank you,

Larena Buhler
